Easter Eggs. . . Where are you?

Easter was rainy, cold, and dreary in Oklahoma! That doesn't stop Tatum! Papa and Kim hid easter eggs and Tatum went searching in the rain (with Papa's rain coat)! She kept saying, "Easter eggs . . . where are you?" Good thing we didn't need to eat the eggs, Tatum's habit is to literally chunk the eggs into the basket. Cracked but still pretty, we toted all of the eggs back to Texas.

The easter bunny was good to us. This is Tatum's first experience with FUN DIP. I swear there is more than just sugar in that stuff. Tatum loved it. More posts to come this week. Have a great one!

Here are just a few pictures that a co worker took last Friday while we were helping one of our ranches sort cattle that were mixed after a major snow storm. Pretty fun day but it sure was long

HAIR!

Ok, so Troy has a "thing" right now with growing his hair out. I'm not so sure what that's all about but last Sunday on the way home from church, he took full advantage of goofiness. Here are the pics of Troy and his hair----it made Tatum laugh so hard, she snorted! Enjoy! Have a great week!

Birthday a Little Late!

So last weekend we celebrated my birthday and Valentine's Day all together. Here is the "standard" birthday cake from Troy Keller. It is my FAVORITE! Tatum was all about helping to blow out the candles.

My precious bear has learned to say "cheese".
Have a great week!

Mommy and Me Gymnastics!

So, Tatum and I are having fun on Friday nights at "Mommy and Me Gymnastics" at Amarillo College. We missed last week because of yucky RSV. This week we are all better and even have a leotard to show for it! Troy took pictures while we did all of our"new-nastics". This is the best one. The rest are a little dark. This is Tatum getting all of her jumps out on the big trampoline. It's just fun!

Hope you have a great week!

Kitty Faces!

This is how I found Tatum's face today when I picked her up at "school". Of course, all the other kiddos had kitty faces, too.

So I had to take her picture --- only she tries to help way too much. Here is the next picture of her saying "cheese". Hope you have a great weekend!

Sweet, strong-willed girl!

Finally found a time to catch up for a minute. By the way, this photo was taken on my Blackberry in Wal-Mart today. This Valentine's bear was bigger than Tatum but she had to go see it. I can't post without a picture! Anyway, this was our final stop today. We slept about an hour later than usual for Sundays and decided to go to "late church". By the time we were out, ate lunch, and ran a couple of errands in town, the day was over. I've been running since we got home to get the laundry done for the week!! Anyway, we are much better at "early church" and I'm sure we'll stick with that plan.

This week has been good at work. Lots of itsy bitsy babies in the NICU and fun kiddos at the clinic. I had the chance to spend a bit of time with my friends from my previous job to celebrate a birthday. I miss them and it was fun to spend a bit of time with them without the stress! I'm having to re-learn what it's like to relax. So sad, but a good goal for year 31!!

Anyway, this is the first "normal" weekend I can remember in a very long time. Between working all the time, working a second job, and being on the go throughout the year last year, this weekend was nice. I spent all day yesterday cleaning and having a "food stand-off" with Tatum. After two hours of sitting at the dining room table, she opted for other punishment and had to stick it out without snacks 'til dinner. She made it and ate every bite of her dinner, including the veggies!

So, where was Troy in all this fun? Team Sorting, of course. He did really well yesterday and it was probably a good thing he was not in the house to butt heads with Tatum. Anyway, I'm proud of him! He won 2nd and 3rd place in the 9's and was the top money winner in the amateur class. That means he won money AND a buckle.

This week should be fun as Tatum and I start Mommy and Me gymnastics on Friday. Good times with a 2 year old! May you have a blessed and happy week!
